Black Monday has arrived in the NFL.

While 14 teams are preparing for the playoffs, the other 18 are beginning their offseason. For some of those teams, that means starting over. The Monday following the NFL regular season traditionally brings firings of both head coaches and general managers, and we will be tracking the GM moves here.

If you are looking for news on head coaches, we have you covered here.

Jacksonville Jaguars and Trent Baalke part ways

The Jacksonville Jaguars and Trent Baalke have agreed to “respectfully separate, effective immediately.”

In a statement from owner Shad Khan on January 22, Khan thanks Baalke with his “deepest appreciation for his efforts over the past five seasons.”

Ethan Waugh will serve as GM on an interim basis, and aid in the search for a new head coach, which is ongoing.

Tennessee Titans fire GM Ran Carthon

After two seasons in Tennessee, the Titans have decided to fire their general manager.

Carthon arrived in Nashville with a great resume, but made the controversial choice to fire Mike Vrabel and hire Brian Callahan. The Titans got demonstrably worse as a result, and now the team needs to fully rebuild and find a new path forward.

This could officially signify the end of the Will Levis era, which was widely assumed of ending anyway.

Las Vegas Raiders fire Tom Telesco

Tom Telesco has been fired by the Las Vegas Raiders after one season at the helm.

Telesco was a surprising choice in Las Vegas, after he was fired at the end of a long tenure with the Los Angeles Chargers. Now the Raiders are looking for both a new head coach, and a new general manager.
