Super Bowl 59 is a wrap and the Philadelphia Eagles have taken home the second Lombardi Trophy in franchise history. The Eagles pummeled the Kansas City Chiefs by a final score of 40-22. If you played Super Bowl squares and had the square of Eagles 0 and Chiefs 2, congrats on closing out the night with a win.

The fourth quarter looked like it might be the lowest scoring of the game, but we got some serious garbage time scoring to boost the totals. The Eagles scored a pair of field goals to take a 40-6 lead. The Chiefs followed with a touchdown on a 75-yard drive and then Patrick Mahomes found Xavier Worthy for a 50-yard touchdown. Unfortunately for the Chiefs, it was too little too late.

Historically, 4 and 7 has been the most common combination of numbers at the end of the second quarter. Looking at the last two Chiefs Super Bowls, last year 9 hit for both teams as the game was tied 19-19 at the end of regulation. The Chiefs beat the 49ers in overtime 25-22. The year prior, the Chiefs came back to beat the Eagles 38-35, which meant 8 for Chiefs and 5 for Eagles paid out.
