Steven Stamkos, Gregory Campbell And The Worst Boarding Call Of All Time?

So, uh, this happened on Tuesday night in a game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Boston Bruins:

Steven Stamkos was whistled for boarding on that initial play there. You know, the one where Stamkos gave Gregory Campbell a little hip check. Campbell then took a second to process the maneuver before essentially leaping towards the boards.

↵But Stamkos gets the penalty, and the Bruins scored the game-winning goal on the following power play.

↵Cue the “it’s Colin Campbell’s son!” conspiracies...
