Sharks Vs. Predators Preview: Game Time, TV Coverage And More

The Sharks will need to keep winning on the road to continue turning around their season. Likewise, the Predators just stopped a losing streak and are looking to keep it going.

The Sharks started returning to form last week, winning two straight road games to pull their record up to 3-3-0. But if San Jose wants to pull itself out of the Pacific Division cellar, it’ll have to keep it up for three more road games this week.

Nashville ended a losing streak of its own last week, beating the Flames 2-0 after losing four consecutive games, including a shootout. In its last five games, the Predators have converted just once on 18 power play chances.

The Sharks, meanwhile, are actually playing fairly good hockey despite the mediocre record. As Fear the Fear pointed out, the Sharks are first in the NHL in shots per game and are allowing fewer shots per game than any team in the league. Read more at Fear the Fin for a good look at how that has translated into results.

Game Time: 7 p.m. ET
