Bruins Vs. Canadiens Preview: Game Time, TV Coverage And More

The Canadiens will go for a third straight win over the Bruins this season when the two teams face off in the Bell Centre on Monday. Boston is riding an eight-game winning streak into the game.

The last time the Montreal Canadiens and the Boston Bruins faced off was at the end of October, with the Habs taking two straight in the home-and-home series. Since then, the Bruins have won eight straight, scoring 41 goals over that stretch to put them second in the NHL overall averaging 3.2 goals per game.

The Canadiens have gone a nice run of their own, winning eight of their last 12 to put themselves at 9-8-3 overall. Goaltender Carey Price has been one of the biggest reasons for Montreal's bounce back from a bad start, with a 2.16 goals-against average on the season.

Bruins captain Zdeno Chara will play Monday just a few days after it was decided that charges would not be pressed for a March 8 hit on Max Pacioretty that took out the Habs' winger for the rest of last season.

Game Time: Monday, Nov. 21 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
TV Coverage: NESN (Boston), TSN2 (Montreal), Versus (National)
Location: Bell Centre, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
