KHL schedule 2012: Alex Ovechkin, Evgeni Malkin among NHL players in action

With the NHL lockout rolling along, Russia's KHL is still stocked with some of the NHL's top players. That includes Alex Ovechkin, Evgeni Malkin and Zdeno Chara, all of whom will be on the ice on Wednesday in a full slate of KHL games. Here is the schedule:

• Barys vs. Avangard: Barys features Victor Hedman of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Nik Antropov of the Winnipeg Jets while Avangard sports Nikita Nikitin of the Columbus Blue Jackets.
• Avtomobilist vs. Vityaz: Avtomobolist doesn't have any NHL players. Vityaz features Andrei Markov of the Montreal Canadiens.
• Traktor vs. Dinamo Minsk: Traktor doesn't have any NHL players. Dinamo Minks has Pekka Rinne of the Nashville Predators and Evander Kane of Winnipeg.
• Metallurg Mg vs. Severstal: Mettallurg is stacked with Sergei Gonchar of the Ottawa Senators, Malkin and Nikolai Kulemin of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Tom Wandell of the Dallas Stars skates for Severstal.
• Satalav vs. Atlant: Satalav features no NHL players. Atlant has Anton Khudobin of the Boston Bruins.
• Neftekhimik vs. Torpedo: Nail Yakupov of the Edmonton Oilers plays for Neftekhimik. Torpedo has no NHL players.
• Ak Bars vs. Lokomotiv: Ak Bars features no NHL players. Lokomotiv features Dmitry Kulikov of the Florida Panthers, Semyon Varlamov of the Colorado Avalanche and Artem Anisimov of the Blue Jackets.
• SKA vs. Dinamo Riga: Sergie Borbovsky of the Blue Jackets, Ilya Kovalchuck of the New Jersey Devils and Vladimir Tarasenko of the St. Louis Blues skate for SKA while Dinamo Riga has Kaspars Daugavins of the Senators.
• Dynamo Moscow vs. Donbass: Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals leads Moscow while Donbass features Ruslan Fedotenko of the Philadelphia Flyers and Alexei Ponikarovsky of Winnipeg.
• CSKA vs. Metallurg Nk: CSKA is loaded with Pavel Datsyuk of the Detroit Red Wings, Ilya Bryzgalov of the Flyers and Mikhail Grabovski of the Maple Leafs. Metallurg has no NHL players.
• Lev vs. Amur: Chara, Jiri Hudler of the Calgary Flames and Jakub Voracek of the Flyers play for Lev. Amur has no NHL players.
