Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang is injured again, but he’s listed as day-to-day and a third concussion doesn’t seem to be the problem.
Kris Letang Injury: Penguins Defenseman Out With ‘Lower-Body Injury’
Letang has played just 47 of the Penguins’ 75 games this season. He missed action for two extended stretches -- one in December, one in March -- with concussion issues.

The basic plot: Milbury absolutely thinks Nystrom should be suspended for this hit, citing a history of concussions in the league and recent changes in the rules to prevent exactly these kinds of hits. Nystrom should’ve gone after the puck, “shows no courage,” according to Milbury.
Roenick’s belief is that the head wasn’t contacted, and that you can’t penalize a where the shoulder meets the chest, even if the chin was just grazed a bit. “His head wasn’t even hit!” According to J.R., Letang put himself in a vulnerable position by not moving to the boards when he should have expected a hit.

Late in the overtime, Souray had a chance to move into the left circle and let a slap shot go from the hash marks. The blast beat Fleury cleanly but ripped off the far post over the netminder’s glove and stayed out, as the game went to a shootout.
