NHL Playoffs 2012, Rangers Vs. Capitals Game 2: Game Time, TV Coverage And More

The Rangers looked like a No. 1 seed against Washington Saturday - can the Capitals bounce back?

Two months ago, the Rangers' Chris Kreider was playing for Boston College and the Capitals' Braden Holtby was a deep reserve goaltender you most likely had not heard of. Kreider was able to continue his impact on the NHL playoffs by sneaking a slapshot past Holtby to give them a 2-1 lead and assisting Brad Richards on the nail in the Caps' coffin. Holtby had a spectacular first-round series, stonewalling the Bruins, but looked shaky against the top-seeded Rangers, only saving 11 of 14 shots.

Both teams needed seven games to advance from the first round, with the Rangers shaking off an upset bid from the Senators and the Capitals fending off last year's Stanley Cup champions. But to start the second round, both teams looked like they'd reverted to the form that earned one a No. 1 seed and the other a No. 7 seed. We'll see whether the Capitals can turn it around in Game 2.

Here’s the info on how to catch Monday’s game:
