Early in the third period of Monday's Montreal-New York game, Rangers forward Chris Kreider was sent to the penalty box for interference at the Montreal blue line.
This is a terrible interference call on Chris Kreider
Chris Kreider was minding his own business at the blue line and ended up getting a two-minute penalty.

Something happened at the blue, but it was most certainly not interference on Kreider.
What was it? It was more like “two Montreal Candiens run into each other and then fall over.”
That is one terrible call.
The penalty negated what had been a Rangers power play, so even though it didn’t result in much of a power play for Montreal, it did bail the Canadiens out of their own shorthanded situation in a one-goal game.
