The Pittsburgh Penguins removed an image of former captain Jaromir Jagr from the team's dressing room, according to Dejan Kovacevic of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

A picture of Jaromir Jagr used to hang from the Pittsburgh Penguins dressing room, but that’s no longer the case.

Kovacevic writes that the organization removed the photo from the upper-ring surrounding the team's dressing room this past summer, with an image of Mark Recchi taking the place of Jagr's likeness. Penguins officials declined comment, but stated that the decision was based on Jagr's status as a current player.
While Jagr has been removed from the locker room, his image is still on display in the hallway outside the room.
As Kovacevic notes, the ring inside the locker room is a carryover from the team’s old home, via the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review:
The ring inside the locker room is a remnant of the old Civic Arena’s ring of honor that first was mounted on the front wall of high-level suites in 2003. Consol never had any such ring, save for the presentation in the locker room.
Jagr will be in the visitors' locker room on Thursday night when his current team, the New Jersey Devils, come to Consol Energy Center. The 41-year-old superstar established his career as a member of the Penguins, winning five Art Ross trophies as the league's leading scorer, a Hart trophy as MVP and two Stanley Cups.
