Stars vs. Capitals: Joel Ward gets stuck in Dallas hotel bathroom, gets mocked during game

Joel Ward's trip to Texas has been both frightening and embarrassing so far.

After eating breakfast with the team at the Omni hotel, Joel Ward found himself stuck in a bathroom stall. No, really.

Because tweeting is the only solution when you’re stuck in a bathroom stall. This is where we are as a society.

Actually, the situation was more dire than you might think. So dire, that John Carlson had to come rescue his teammate like a fireman would rescue a kitten in a tree.

Naturally, the Dallas Stars caught wind of it and had a field day, posting Ward's tweet on the screen and thanking him for joining the game.
