Minnesota Wild forward Charlie Coyle could miss up to rfour weeks due to a knee sprain, the team has announced. Coyle sustained the injury in the second period of Saturday night's game against the Anaheim Ducks.

The Minnesota Wild announced that Charlie Coyle will miss approximately one month and that Jason Zucker has been recalled from Iowa.


While disappointed about the time he will miss, Coyle is focused on a healthy return, via the Minneapolis Star-Tribune:
“It’s not an ideal situation, but I’m fortunate it’s nothing worse than it is,” Coyle said. “I’m going to keep a positive mindset, and I’m looking forward to recovering and doing everything I can to be healthy again.”
Coyle is averaging 13:07 of ice-time in two games this season and has registered six shots on goal while winning 45.4 percent of his faceoffs.
The Wild also announced that forward Jason Zucker had been recalled from the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the Iowa Wild. Zucker registered five points (four goals and an assist) in 20 regular season games last season.
