Jarome Iginla injury: Bruins veteran injures hand in fight with Ryan Kesler

Iginla apparently dislocated his finger during the bout.

The Boston Bruins lost yet another player on Saturday when winger Jarome Iginla injured his hand during a fight with Vancouver Canucks forward Ryan Kesler.

The fight occurred in the first period when Kesler took issue with a hit Iginla threw at one of his Vancouver teammates. The two scrapped, which is notable.

More notable: Iginla left the fight with a rather mangled hand.

Fair word of warning: This picture might be hard to look at for some of you.

Dislocated fingers are rough, man.

Iginla immediately skated off to the dressing room, and hasn’t been heard from since. Losing Iginla would be another big blow to a Bruins squad that’s missing numerous players due to various long-term injuries.
