Brad Marchand beats the buzzer with an own goal

Brad Marchand was in the wrong place at the wrong time at the end of the second period.

USA TODAY Sports

The Boston Bruins allowed a two-goal lead to slip away in the closing minutes of the second period on Tuesday night, and it was Kyle Okposo's goal just before the horn that tied the game at three.

Okposo ended up getting a helping hand from Bruins forward Brad Marchand who just happened to be the victim of some puck luck that went against him. After Okposo chased the puck down into the corner and fired a centering pass to the slot, it bounced off of Marchand and went past Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask for the game-tying goal.
