5 NHL Questions: Bruins regroup in Toronto, Avalanche finish trip in Vancouver
A daily feature which asks the five biggest questions about today’s NHL action. Will they be answered? (That doesn’t count as one of the five questions.)

In case you've been living under a rock for the last 12 hours, the Bruins and Penguins had a bit of a scuffle on Saturday in Boston. The Bruins don't have much time to regroup with a heated rivalry game with the Maple Leafs on Sunday. Boston will be without Loui Eriksson and Shawn Thornton. Toronto looks like it's about to go on a good run of form. Who comes out on top?
2. Do the Rangers bounce back?
New York lost a surprisingly evenly matched game against the Devils on Sunday thanks to an overtime snipe by Eric Gelinas. They also lost top defenseman Marc Staal with a possible concussion, so they don't exactly carry much momentum into Sunday's contest with the red-hot Washington Capitals. Henrik Lundqvist will need to have a signature sensational game for the Rangers to win.
3. Can the Sharks get back to earning points?
Remember when San Jose got off to that ridiculously hot start early in the season? The Sharks have cooled off considerably since then, and have lost two straight games in regulation for the first time all season. Luckily for them, the Wild have an odd tendency to play in a lot of overtime games, making San Jose's quest for points a bit easier tonight.
4. Will Colorado finish their Western Canada road swing on a high note?
The Avalanche's romp out west has been a roller coaster. Colorado dropped an 8-2 decision in Edmonton on Thursday only to bounce back with a 3-2 win over Calgary on Friday. The only consistent thing about this road trip is Gabriel Landeskog's four-game point streak. A win in Vancouver would set a nice tone for the upcoming homestand.
5. Are the Panthers just what Chicago needs?
The Blackhawks are winless since returning home from their "circus trip" last week. On paper, a visit from the lowly Panthers should be an easy win for the defending champions. But Florida has won three straight games, so Chicago needs to be on its toes.
