Crazy stuff has been happening in Penguins games lately, and it continued on Monday night against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Brandon Dubinsky stick chop
Brandon Dubinsky and Robert Bortuzzo received misconduct penalties on Monday night, while Dubinsky was ejected for taking a chop at Bortuzzo’s wrist.

It wasn't anywhere near as ugly as the circus that took place on Saturday in Boston, but it did result in a couple of misconducts and an ejection for Blue Jackets forward Brandon Dubinsky.
During an altercation midway through the third period, Dubinsky and Penguins defenseman Robert Bortuzzo were both assessed misconduct penalties, with Dubinsky getting a game misconduct on top of that, presumably for this little stick chop.
This was in response to Bortuzzo sneaking in a punch that earned him his misconduct penalty.
