NHL TV ratings 2013: Blackhawks comeback in NBCSN’s all-time top ten in viewers
The Blackhawks drive the bus twice this week for NBC Sports.

The Blackhawks comeback victory over the Colorado Avalanche drew 720,000 viewers to NBC Sports Network. Ratings have been so good for NBCSN this season, that game fits in as the ninth-most watched game in network history, where it would’ve been way higher had it happened earlier in the season. Six of the top ten regular season games in terms of viewers in NBCSN/VERSUS/OLN history have happened this season.
The game drew a 7.0 rating in the Windy City, making NBC Sports Network the number one cable network in Chicago during the time period.
This comes on the heels of Sunday’s Blackhawks-Red Wings thriller, which scored 1.9 million viewers for NBC. That made it the best single-game (excluding Winter Classic) viewership ever for NBC. The game was up 58 percent from the comparable game last year (1.2 million for Boston-NY Rangers).
