Jack Jablonski could have been well on his way to a career in the USHL, America’s top junior hockey league, before he was paralyzed in a Minnesota high school game late in 2011.
USHL’s Chicago Steel draft paralyzed hockey player Jack Jablonski
Jack Jablonski’s story got a little bit sweeter on Tuesday night as a USHL team made his dream come true.

The injury changed those plans a bit, confining Jablonski to a wheelchair and ending his hopes at an on-ice career. But that didn’t stop Jablonski from joking about it on Twitter this week before the 2013 USHL Draft...
Dear USHL teams, Just thought I'd let u know I am eligible for tomorrow's draft. Sincerely Jack Jablonski
