Tanner Glass takes a failed run at David Clarkson’s head
We all saw what you tried to do, Tanner.
We're not entirely sure what New York Rangers forward Tanner Glass was trying to accomplish with this hit on Toronto Maple Leafs winger David Clarkson, but it's probably a good thing that he didn't succeed.
No penalty was called on the play and Clarkson was unharmed, so both players got lucky on what looked like a dangerous hit from behind by Glass.
Here’s another angle.
We’ll see if Toronto seeks retribution at any point. If only they had an enforcer! (Somewhere Colton Orr just hung his head and sighed.)
