If you’re a goalie planning on leaving your net to stop a breakaway, you had better make sure you actually remove the puck from the puck carrier.
James Reimer didn't, and the Toronto Maple Leafs paid for it. However, we have to give Reimer some credit for his final, sad and desperate rush back to try and stop the inevitable goal. It made a bizarre play even more entertaining.
