The Chicago Blackhawks and Montreal Canadiens meet on Tuesday with both teams in need of getting their acts together.
Blackhawks vs. Canadiens 2014: Online streaming, time, TV schedule and preview
Chicago and Montreal head into Tuesday’s game each looking to get things turned around.

Chicago comes in losers of five of its last seven games and was shutout 1-0 by the Winnipeg Jets in its last game. Montreal has lost three of the past four and was roughed up by the Calgary Flames on Sunday 6-2. To say this has caused some grumpiness amongst the respective fan bases would be an understatement.
It's not all bleak news. The Blackhawks got Corey Crawford back in the lineup against the Jets and he played well despite losing. The 'Hawks made Jets backup Michael Hutchinson earn his shutout by putting 33 shots on him, but not scoring enough goals has been an issue of late. Chicago has 12 goals in the past seven games and has lost 1-0 twice during that run.
Things haven't been quite as fun in goal for the Canadiens. Making the Flames look like an offensive powerhouse is enough to make anyone grumble, but giving up three goals each in losses to Vancouver and Edmonton hasn't sat well. Much like with Chicago, Carey Price hasn't gotten a ton of help offensively either. Add in Michel Therrien's curious lineup decisions of late and there's plenty of angst in Montreal.
With all that said, someone’s got to snap out of it for a night and someone else will have even more to think about when it’s all over.
