The Toronto Maple Leafs will finally visit the Senators on Sunday night to highlight the day's NHL schedule.
NHL schedule 2014: Maple Leafs visit Ottawa in rescheduled game
The highlight of the NHL schedule on Sunday is a game that should’ve happened weeks ago.

The Senators and Maple Leafs were originally scheduled to play each other in Canada’s capital on Oct. 22 until the NHL postponed the game after tragic shootings took place in Ottawa that same day. The rescheduled game will start at 6 p.m. ET.
The matchup is an intriguing one, as both teams are headed in opposite directions. The listless Senators fell in a shootout to Winnipeg on Saturday, while the Maple Leafs are coming off a gritty 5-4 win over the New York Rangers at home.
Elsewhere, the San Jose Sharks will look to build on a comeback win in Dallas when they visit Chicago at 7. Defenseman Brent Burns carried a huge load on defense in the win, scoring two goals. The Blackhawks, meanwhile, will try to right the ship after losing to Washington on Friday.
