It hasn't been the easiest two seasons for Loui Eriksson. After being traded for Tyler Seguin in 2013, Eriksson has struggled to produce while Seguin has blossomed into a Star in Dallas. Eriksson is a good player in a bad slump.
How do you break out of slumps? By finding unconventional ways to succeed.
Eriksson did just that on Wednesday, spinning around on one skate to scoop up a rebound and pass the puck one-handed on his back-hand to Carl Soderberg to set up a goal. The reaction from Eriksson is great; even he had no idea that would work.
