Patrick Kane has scored some beautiful goals in his career. This is one of them.


That's pretty much what happened for the Chicago Blackhawks, facing a 2-0 deficit in Colorado on Wednesday night, when Kane added this submission to the NHL's goal of the year contest.
The way he turned Avalanche defenseman Jan Hejda inside out at full speed was impressive, but don't overlook how ridiculous the shot itself was to beat Semyon Varlamov with that backhander.
