Steven Stamkos scores with a baseball swing

Steven Stamkos’ hockey skills might translate to the baseball diamond.

How many goals would Steve Stamkos have scored this season for the Tampa Bay Lightning had he not missed most of the season with a leg injury?

Fifty? Maybe an outside shot at his second 60-goal season? All probably within reach given how many he's scored in the games that he has played in. His third period goal on Monday against Ottawa to tie the game, 3-3, was his 21st of the season in just his 27th game, and he had to channel his baseball skills to get it behind Robin Lehner.
