Steve Mason robs Ryan McDonagh with incredible diving stick save
This isn’t the type of goaltending the Flyers received in their first three playoff games.

Goaltending is always an adventure for the Philadelphia Flyers, and their current duo of Ray Emery and Steve Mason is no exception.
With Mason sidelined with an injury that he suffered late in the regular season, Emery started the first three games of their first-round series against the New York Rangers and stopped just 79-of-89 shots. That's not good enough.
On Friday, Mason was finally ready to return to the starting lineup and wasted no time in making an impact by making one of the better saves we've seen in the playoffs when he made this diving stick save on Rangers defenseman Ryan McDonagh.
The Flyers had a 2-1 lead at that point in the game so it was a pretty big save, as well as the follow-up attempt on the rebound.
