Sam Bennett should get more than an assist with his helper on this Calgary goal. Michael Frolik gets the opening goal for the Flames in the second period of a then scoreless game against the Washington Capitals, but Bennett clearly does all the work to set up the play.

— Stephanie (@myregularface) November 14, 2015 Bennett spins away from Jason Chimera near the boards at the top of the circle to get the play started. After dancing around another Capitals defender, Bennett throws a no look backhand pass to Michael Frolik in the slot for the easy score.
It’s a great goal by Frolik, but Bennett’s even better moves make the play happen.
