Evgeni Malkin dazzles Wild for goal of the year candidate

Evgeni Malkin already had one goal for the Pittsburgh Penguins in the second period of their game against the Wild, but this second tally is sure a thing of beauty.

There's nothing that isn't perfect about this play. The pass that Malik receives gives him enough momentum to stickhandle around a Wild defender for the toe drag. The puck slides between his legs, where he then smoothly fires it home top shelf on the forehand on Devan Dubnyk. Not much the Wild could do there as Malkin just put on a show for the entire Minnesota defense.
