Rookie Conor Sheary's first call up to the NHL has gone quite well for the 23-year-old forward. Sheary is taking key minutes with superstar Sidney Crosby on the first line wing and made his NHL debut Wednesday night just eight miles from his hometown near Boston.

Now Sheary can add an NHL goal to this trip on top of it all in just his second game with the Penguins. The forward opened the scoring against the Bruins Friday night after taking a quick Crosby pass from below the red line. Sheary went top shelf on Tuukka Rask right from the slot, picking his corner and sticking with it for the 1-0 Pittsburgh lead.
