After a thrilling Saturday full of excellent World Junior Championship games, fans will have to settle for the second game of the relegation round on Sunday between Switzerland and Belarus.

Switzerland thoroughly outplayed Belarus on Saturday in a 5-1 win in the first game of the best-of-three relegation round. Belarus has yet to win a game in the entire tournament, going winless in games against Finland, Slovakia, Russia and Czech Republic in the group stages.

Timo Meier and Denis Malgin led the way for Switzerland on Saturday, both registering a goal and two assists in the win. Belarus was thoroughly outshot in the game. With a win on Sunday, Switzerland can at least win the relegation round and salvage something from a highly disappointing tournament where they finished without a win in the group stage.
