The Predators will look to force a seventh game when they visit the Blackhawks on Saturday for Game 6. Nashville closed their series deficit to one game with a win in Game 5 at home on Wednesday.
Nashville has played the last three games without captain and defenseman Shea Weber, the backbone of their defense and the soul of their locker room. They hadn't beaten Chicago without him until Game 5, when pieces finally fell together and they played like the dangerous Predators team from the regular season.
The Blackhawks are facing a difficult decision again in net. Scott Darling relieved Corey Crawford for the past two games, but an unsteady performance in Game 5 might give coach Joel Quenneville pause before starting him again.
