Canadiens vs. Lightning 2015: Time, TV schedule and how to watch Game 4 online

Tampa Bay tries to sweep Montreal at home.

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

The Tampa Bay Lightning stand one win away from the Eastern Conference finals. They will try to get there on Thursday when they take on the Montreal Canadiens Thursday night at Amalie Arena.

Game 3 of this best-of-seven series ended on a buzzer-beating goal from Tampa Bay center Tyler Johnson. Johnson’s snuck the puck past goalkeeper Carey Price to seal the 2-1 victory. Outside of a 6-2 meltdown in Game 2, Price has played well in the series, giving up just four goals in the other two games combined. The Canadiens’ offense will also have to take-off. So far in the series, Montreal has scored a combined four goals including an overtime period.

As for the Lightning, another strong performance from Ben Bishop could seal the series. The 6’7, 214-pound goalie hasn’t given up more than two goals in an outing since the Lightning’s 4-0 loss at the hands of the Detroit Red Wings on April 25. Johnson has been an offensive force thus far, including a NHL-leading eight postseason goals. If he continues to find the back of the net and Bishop plays like he has, the Lightning are going to be a hard team to beat.

Montreal didn’t get much time to recover from the Game 3 loss and will be back out on the ice the next night to try to keep its season alive.
