For all the grace hockey players have on the ice, sometimes accidents happen. Kris Letang of the Pittsburgh Penguins learned first hand what happens when a person’s momentum hits a solid, immovable object.
Kris Letang attempted to jump out of the way of the puck. It didn’t end well.
Exit, pursued by the puck.

That, my friends, is a trip of the highest order. Thankfully, Letang fell right into an open door on the bench and avoided putting the Penguins on a penalty kill for too many men!
Unfortunately, teammate Marc-Andre Fleury will likely not let Letang live this down anytime soon.
