The Devils won’t wear these sexy goalie pads, but a little kid will

Hey, remember when New Jersey Devils netminder Keith Kinkaid held a fan contest over the summer to design his new goalie pads?

Remember when his teammates tried desperately to hijack the contest so he would wear Seinfeld-inspired “Pads of Seduction?”

Well, it didn’t work. Kinkaid opted for a simple Devils-inspired design:

Unfortunately Adam Henrique and Stephen Gionta’s design lingered on and found itself part of the equipment of this little goaltender:

We’re with Keith here. What are the odds that kid knows what Seinfeld is? Although this might be a genius move. Nobody’s scoring on that kid while they’re busy giggling.
