David Legwand just scored a goal from about 130 feet away from the net.
Blue Jackets goaltender completely whiffs, allows goal from opposite end of the ice
Columbusted!

How? Blue Jackets netminder Joonas Korpisalo completely whiffed on a Sabres clearing attempt that crossed not one, but both blue lines before redirecting into the net.

The puck took a crazy bounce right in front of Korpisalo, who thought he had the puck secure. Even worse? The Blue Jackets were on the power play. Yep, that’s right. The bomb was a shorthanded tally for the Sabres.
Even Columbus head coach John Tortorella is at a loss for words here.
This isn't the first time Korpisalo has allowed a long range goal, as P.K. Subban got him from center ice just last month!
