Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville has nicknamed Artemi Panarin the ‘Bread Man’

Panera must love the Chicago Blackhawks.

The bakery chain store has gotten plenty of brand boosting ever since Blackhawks rookie Artemi Panarin blazed onto the scene this year. They're just a misspeak away from a name drop every night the Blackhawks play.

And now even his coach is breaking out his nickname for Panarin on national TV. Panarin had a couple of opportunities on a 5-on-3 power play, so NBCSN’s Pierre McGuire asked Joel Quenneville about it and stepped right into #branding.

People from St. Louis will insist on calling him the Bread Co. Man. Don’t believe them. They’re wrong.
