The 2015-16 NHL regular season is nearly over, and the standings are looking as fluid as ever heading into the home stretch.
NHL playoff standings 2016: Panthers hold Atlantic with win over Lightning
Florida belongs to...well, Florida.

The Washington Capitals have already locked up the best record in the Eastern Conference, but failed to clinch the Presidents' Trophy for the NHL's best record with a loss to St. Louis on Saturday. The Panthers held control of the Atlantic Division with a big win over state rivals Tampa Bay. Detroit failed to gain any ground in the Wild Card race with an awful loss to the Penguins.
Out West, the picture looks far clearer. The Stars, Blues, Kings and Ducks have all clinched. San Jose failed to do so with a loss to Dallas on Sunday. And Nashville is suddenly creeping up behind the Blackhawks in the Central. Could Chicago really fall far enough to make it in as a Wild Card team?
Here is a look at the latest divisional standings of 2015-16
