Philadelphia is already up against the ropes.

Scouting the Flyers
Aside from reports the day after Game 1, the Flyers have not confirmed center Sean Couturier is out for the rest of the series. Couturier, the Flyers' best defensive forward, suffered a shoulder injury midway through Game 1. It's probably safe to assume he won't play on Saturday. With Couturier off the penalty kill, the Flyers will have to stay much more disciplined in Game 2. Philadelphia gave six power plays to the league's fifth-ranked power play in Game 1.
Scouting the Capitals
Washington just needs more of the same to earn another win. The Capitals held the Flyers to eight shots in the final two periods, essentially suffocating the Flyers until the win was sealed. Washington is fully healthy.
