Scouting the Panthers
The inability to hold a lead has crippled the Panthers in this series. Florida almost went up by three goals before an offsides challenge overturned it and changed the momentum of the game. Still, the Panthers need to tighten defensively to survive this series. Jaromir Jagr has now played 34 straight playoff games without scoring, and Florida forward Vincent Trocheck is nearing a return but won't return for Game 4.
Scouting the Islanders
No lineup changes are expected for the Islanders, who have taken a 2-1 series lead despite falling behind early in each of the first three games. The Islanders haven’t won back-to-back games in the playoffs since 2002, so they’ll also be playing against history on Wednesday.
