After all, swinging a slap shot so hard that you fall and tumble head-first on the ice seems like a patented goal from the Capitals’ captain.
You'd be wrong. That was T.J. Oshie swinging a prayer shot while losing a battle with gravity.
Great effort, but it might not be enough. The Capitals trailed 3-1 heading into the third period in a win-or-go-home Game 6.
