It was a rough first half in Nashville on Thursday.
Bruins player ejected for high hit on Predators’ Roman Josi
Anton Blidh might face further discipline.

Minutes after Boston Bruins netminder Tuukka Rask exited the game after taking a hard shot to the mask, one of his teammates exited for delivering a hard shot to a Predator.
The Bruins dumped the puck into the Predators zone, and defenseman Roman Josi attempted to quickly retrieve and get rid of the puck before Bruins forward Anton Blidh reached him. He kind of succeeded, but at a cost.
Blidh’s hit left Josi prone on the ice, checking to see if his nose was broken. And you can see why from this angle: Blidh not only delivered a high hit, but it forced Josi’s own stick to smash into his face.
Josi left and didn’t immediately return for the following period. Blidh was assessed a five-minute major for interference and a game misconduct.
