The second annual edition of the 3-on-3 format at the NHL All-Star Game gets underway on Sunday afternoon from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The NHL used the new 3-on-3 overtime format to spice up its mid-term exhibition event last season to great success, and it’s highly anticipated again this year.

The Atlantic Division, as winners of the Skills Competition on Saturday night, got to decide which division to play first and at what time. They selected the Metropolitan Division, setting up a Stanley Cup Playoffs-esque pair of matchups on Sunday.

The Central and Pacific will square off first at 3:30 p.m. ET, followed by the Metro and Atlantic at 4:30 p.m. ET. The two winners of the semi-final games will play in the title game for a chance at splitting a $1 million prize.
