Colin Miller likely won’t join the Bruins for Game 2, which would leave Boston without one of their Millers, Torey Krug, and Brandon Carlo. Charlie McAvoy’s terrific debut should soothe fears a bit, but David Krejci’s absence will hurt as well.
Boston comes into Game 2 with some modicum of confidence, though. The Ottawa Senators watched a dominant two periods evaporate with a Bruins comeback in the third, something that will be hard for both teams to replicate in Game 2.
