Instead, it’s been quite the low-scoring affair between these two Western Conference teams. The Oilers got the lone goal in their 1-0 victory on Sunday as they’ve scored the last three goals of the series after blanking the Sharks for two straight games.
Tuesday should be San Jose’s wake-up call, however, as they’ll have Joe Thornton back for the second straight game. And they’ll need it, with the series shifting back to Edmonton for Game 5 on Wednesday.
