Blown leads and comebacks were the name of the game for the Western Conference second-round opening games.

The Predators and Oilers both won their respective games after coughing up leads, which made for quite the exciting opening night of the second round. The Blues and Ducks, despite coming up short, did make the games exciting, and in Anaheim’s case, quite chippy.

Both the away teams were the victors on Wednesday, and both St. Louis and Anaheim will need to step up their games or they’ll head on the road down two games.
