Quite incredibly, the Predators have yet to lose a playoff game in 2017. St. Louis will have a tough task ahead of them in Game 2, but if the series opener is any indication, Pekka Rinne can be beaten.

Also coming back to earth was Jake Allen, who allowed a soft goal at the end of Game 1 to gift wrap the Predators win.
P.K. Subban’s star shone bright for the Predators in Game 1, as the defenseman had three points in the victory. The Blues’ recent acquisition of Vladimir Sobotka paid off, and they’ll need offense once more to get past Nashville’s defense.
Nashville will be without Kevin Fiala, who suffered a broken femur in Game 1 and will miss the remainder of the playoffs.
