The New York Rangers apparently have NFL draft fever during pregame warmups

Football is the new warmup of choice for NHL players.

In case you weren’t aware, there’s a big NFL event happening this weekend. There’s also Stanley Cup playoff hockey occurring as we speak! Wild stuff!

Incredibly, the New York Rangers channeled football during their warmups before Game 2 in Ottawa to hilarious effect.

That’s quite a good snap by J.T. Miller, though Mats Zuccarello missed a wide open Derek Stepan to his left.

Can’t wait for Eli Manning and the Giants to warm up with ice skates next season.
