The Pittsburgh Penguins are back-to-back Stanley Cup champions. While celebrations have already begun, the Penguins have brought the Stanley Cup back home to party with their fans.

On Wednesday, the Penguins championship parade will kick off at 11 a.m. EST, following the same parade route as last year, starting at Grant Street at Liberty Avenue. The weather forecast predicts hot weather and possible thunderstorms, but Pittsburgh will no doubt be rocking.

Pittsburgh bested the Nashville Predators in six games, and they won their fifth Stanley Cup in franchise history on Sunday evening after winning Game 6 by a score of 2-0. Patric Hornqvist scored the winning goal with less than two minutes to play in the third period.
