The Tennessee Titans haven’t put up much of a fight in their last six games as a home underdog with an 0-6 SU and 0-5-1 ATS record. The Titans will be in the spoiler role Monday night, hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Steelers vs. Titans betting odds, trends and prediction for ‘Monday Night Football’
Pittsburgh looks to bounce back from ugly loss and stay in playoff picture with win Monday at Tennessee. The odds favor the Steelers, the trends favor the Titans.

Tennessee was a 6-point home underdog, according to Bovada.lv, one of numerous sportsbooks tracked by OddsShark.com. After Pittsburgh received a wake-up call from the New York Jets last week, the Steelers should get back on track with a win and cover this Monday night.
But bettors should beware of a slew of trends that seem to work against the favored Steelers. Pittsburgh is just 2-8 SU in 10 trips to Tennessee and 3-9 ATS in 12 recent games as road favorites, according to the NFL odds database. The Steelers were road favorites the past two seasons before their bye week and lost both SU (at Minnesota, at Oakland), while the Titans make rare appearances on Monday Night Football, but are 4-0 ATS in their last four.
It seems like ages ago that the Tennessee Titans kicked off the 2014 regular season with a bang, defeating the Kansas City Chiefs, 26-10. Since then, Tennessee is just 1-7 SU and 1-6-1 ATS. Switching to Zach Mettenberger at quarterback hasn’t done much to spark a Tennessee offense that has scored 17 points or less in each of its last four games.
However, the Titans are 8-2 SU in their last 10 games against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
OddsShark Computer Prediction: Pittsburgh 24.5, Tennessee 15
Pittsburgh visits Tennessee at LP Field Monday night at 8:30 p.m. ET.
Coming off of two straight blowout wins over Indianapolis and Baltimore in which Ben Roethlisberger threw for six touchdown passes in both, a road game last week against the lowly New York Jets seemed like a formality.

But nothing comes easy in the NFL, and the Steelers were handed a surprising 20-13 loss at the hands of the Jets. With the loss, Pittsburgh fell to 6-4 SU and 5-5 ATS on the season and 2-3 SU and ATS on the road. The Steelers are just 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games as a road favorite.
The total has gone OVER in five of the last six games that these two teams have played in Tennessee and in each of Tennessee’s last six games as a home underdog as well. Monday’s total is set at 45.5 points at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.
Tennessee’s lack of punch on offense will make it difficult for the Titans to pull off an upset Monday night. With no chance of getting caught sleeping coming off an ugly loss, Pittsburgh could be a solid play to win and cover at -6 on the road.
