Florida vs Pittsburgh odds, Syracuse vs Dayton betting in South Region

The 1-seed Florida Gators are a perfect 27-0 SU in their last 27 games as the betting favorite.
They’ll be favored once again on Saturday going up against Pittsburgh as a 5.5-point favorite. Later in the evening, the South region action continues as 3-seed Syracuse is a 7-point favorite over 11-seed Dayton.
Florida had a little more trouble than it was hoping for against Albany, but eventually pulled away with a 67-55 victory as a 21.5-point favorite in the first round. Florida is 12-0 SU in its last 12 games when favored by less than 10 points but just 5-6-1 ATS over that stretch.
Florida vs. Pittsburgh starts the NCAA Tournament betting card off Saturday at 12:15pm ET at the Amway Center in Orlando. At 7:10pm, Dayton vs. Syracuse takes to the court at the First Niagara Center in Buffalo.
The Gators are 3-0 SU and ATS in their last three Round of 32 games.
Pittsburgh looked very sharp in a 77-48 blowout win over Colorado as a 6.5-point favorite in the first round. With the win, the Panthers improved to 4-1 SU and 4-0-1 ATS over their last eight games. 9-seeds are 4-0 ATS in their last four games against 1-seeds in NCAA Tournament play.
The Dayton Flyers became the first bracket buster of 2013 with a 60-59 win over Ohio State as a 6.5-point underdog early on Thursday. The Flyers are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games as an underdog and 5-1 SU and ATS in their last six games overall.
11-seeds are 4-2 SU in their last six tournament games against 3-seeds.
With Syracuse’s 77-53 win over Western Michigan, the Orange are now 2-1 SU and ATS over their last three games after going 1-4 SU and 0-4-1 ATS over their previous five. Syracuse lost as a 3-seed to 11-seed Marquette in 2011. The total has gone OVER in each of Syracuse’s last five games.
